Day 3: You Aren’t Human?!?

Sara somehow lost her way home. She was walking in the dark streets of the city trying to find her way. Unfortunately, a man was following her. He looked pretty much like a mugger and he carried a gun. Noticing that someone followed her, Sara tried to run and lose him at an alley but it was a dead end.

“Please, don’t hurt me!”
“Hello there, cutie. It looks like you’ve come from that Soul Academy. Won’t you defend yourself?” said the mugger as he drew his gun.
“Y…you can take my… money… Just don’t kill me.”
”Hehehe… In that case…” the mugger paused.

He slapped her with his gun and Sara fell unconscious. After a few seconds, she found herself stripped down to her underwear and the mugger took off his jacket.

“I suggest you give me something other than your money.”
“HELP! SOMEBODY!!”

Soon, a cold breeze swept the alleyway and the mugger felt a cold chill run down his spine. When he looked behind him, he saw Joshua.

“Raping a defenseless girl, I see? You punks are all the same and unprofessional.”
“Hey you, get the fuck away from me. I don’t need to hear your bullshit!”
“Really? Then I’ve got a lot to tell you… ask you rather.. Do you believe in…. hell?”
“Hahahahahahahaha!!!” laughed the mugger. “What am I, stupid?”
“You’d better start believing, you jackass.”
“What the fuck did you just call me?!?”

Joshua took a few steps closer and Sara watched the dark one level the nozzle of the mugger’s gun on his forehead.

“Joshua! What are you doing?!”

Joshua ignored her. Instead, he resumed his little ‘talk’ with the mugger.

“If you don’t believe in hell, go on shoot me.”
“NOOO!!! DON’T!!”
“Are you sure you want me to shoot you? You’re fucking crazy!”
“Shut up and fire.”

The gun fired and Joshua just fell to the ground. Sara, seeing somebody die before her eyes, began to cry.

“Why….?”
“Heheheh… Now where were we?”
“Get away…!”
“You heard her.” said a familiar voice.
“What the fuck?!”

The mugger turned around to see the lad with a bleeding forehead and blood in his eyes. He stroked his forehead and licked the blood off his fingers.

“Delicious… I thought I’ve never tasted my own blood.”
“What?!?” the mugger fired several shots at Joshua but none of them killed him. “DIE! DIE!”
“It’s time you’ve taken a glimpse of the underworld, heathen…” Joshua evilly smiled.

Joshua pinned the mugger to the wall with a magical force and he started chanting an incantation. His voice soon turned monstrous and when he raised his hands a fiery gate emerged from the ground.

“This is your eternal punishment.” laughed Joshua with his demonic voice. “See you in hell!”

The mugger was released from the seal and he got sucked into the gate.

“NOOO!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!”

The gate collapsed into a large pile of ash and Joshua turned around to see Sara.

“Wh.. What are you?” she fearfully asked.
“You won’t believe me if  told you, Sara. I’ll have to bring you home. You might as well get dressed before I guide you.”

Sara looked at what she was wearing. She pulled her shirt up to cover her body.

“Don’t worry, I won’t look.”

As they walked down the streets, Sara asked him again.

“So what really are you?”
“Must I tell you? You’d want to kill me if I told you.”
“If I asked, I’ll keep this as a secret. I mean it.”
Joshua sighed. “Fine but only if you mean it. I’m a demon. I’m not human.”
“So why did you save me?”
“I got bored. That’s all. By the way, were you hurt from what happened or did you lose your…. Y’know.”
Sara blushed. “No. I didn’t…” she then got mad and asked. “DID YOU REALLY HAVE TO ASK ME?!”
“Seriously! I just wanted to know if you were okay! Heheh…” Joshua fearfully asked. “For a human, you sure surprise me.”
“Well… Thanks for the concern…” Sara looked away.
“Hey.” Joshua called.

Joshua gave Sara a black rose. Sara looked at it and took it.

“Looks like hell but smells like heaven.” Joshua said.

Sara smelled it and she fell in love with the smell.

“Where did you get this?”
“Like I always say…. Magic.”
“Hey, there’s my house!”

Joshua brought her to the door and walked off again. Sara took one last look at him after she rang the doorbell.

”Where have you been, Miss Reinhärt? We’ve been worried about you!” complained Sara’s mom.
“Sorry, mom.. I uh… got lost.” Sara smiled. “And someone..”

Sara looked behind her and saw nobody standing on Joshua’s spot.

“Someone brought me home.”

Sara got ready to sleep. When she pulled up the blanket, she put the black rose on her desk.

Day 4: Guess what?

“Tira, you won’t believe this!” Sara excitedly approached Tira.
“Oh, hello, Sara. What’s up?”
“I think demons really exist.”
“Really? Why do you say so?”
“Well….. Never mind. I’ve gotta go. Bye!” Sara ran off.
“Hey Draco, Sara claims that she saw demons…”
“Demons?” asked Draco. “Did they have long black hair and red eyes like someone I know?”
”She didn’t talk about it.”
“Still, I’m getting suspicious about this Joshua guy…”

Again, there was a match. This time Draco had his time to fight again. He was up against Golden Eagle.

“Greetings, Draco. I’m pretty sure you’ll be a worthy opponent.”
“What’s your weapon, Eagle?”
“A zweihander type. I’ll crush you!”
“Just try, Eagle. I’ve learned from my previous fights.”

FIGHT!

Draco lunged at Eagle attempting to give him a few hits. The hits landed but Eagle tripped Draco with a sweeping kick. Draco then tried to give Eagle a large overhead slash but Eagle dodged it and Eagle countered it with a spinning attack.

“Not bad, Eagle..”
“You aren’t too shabby.. But let me guarantee you a quick defeat!”

Eagle back flipped and got on his feet. Eagle then gave Draco a tackle and attempted to stab his chest. Draco blocked the blade and threw it off Eagle’s hands. Draco won the fight.

“Not bad, Eagle. You were tough…”
“You too, Draco. I’m looking forward to another match with you. Such skill mustn’t go to waste.” Eagle nodded and left the ring.

“I believe tomorrow you’ll be my opponent, Draco.” Tira smiled.
“Really? Well, don’t be disappointed when you lose.”
“I won’t. Because you’re the one who’s going to lose!” laughed Tira.
“Hey! I’ll be training. You go ahead laugh. I’m going to win.”
“You wish. You won’t last against someone like me. I think you’ll be focused on something else other than fighting.” winked Tira.
Draco blushed and said. “You’ll see. I’ll be completely focused!”
