Draco saw a feminine shadow jumping from building to building. He thought it looked familiar. Somehow, there was a delay when she landed from a building…

As he arrived home, he sat down on the couch and turned on the T.V. Before the T.V. went on, he thought he saw Joshua’s reflection one more time on the screen. And a voice rang in his head…

“Have a pleasant evening, Draco….”

“What the hell?!? Man, I seriously need sleep. I’m starting to see things….”

Day 3: New Classmates

“Good morning, students. Today, you will be having two new students joining you.” Arthur said. “Here is Sara Reinhärt and Golden Eagle.”
“Hi!” Sara smiled.
“Greetings.” Golden Eagle nodded.
“Miss Reinhärt, please sit beside Mister Winter over there.” Arthur pointed. “And Mister Eagle, sit beside Mister Calcos.”

As Sara took a seat beside the unfriendly yet mysterious Joshua Winter, Joshua took a glance at her and felt terribly uneasy. Sara then looked at him and said..

“Hi! Who are you?”
“I’m Joshua…Winter…”
“A new student too? You seem pretty shy..”
“No. I’ve been here since the beginning.”
“I hope you don’t mind but, you’re very welcoming…”
“Heh..” Joshua shrugged.

“Hey, Mitch, could you get a load of that?” Draco said annoyed. “He’s a jerk to all of us except this one new girl!”

Golden Eagle then spotted Taki. Seeing her, he then takes further examination of his classmates…

“Analyzing specimen…Specimen shows signs of high intelligence… Chest area of the specimen seems oddly enlarged… Specimen shows signs of high athletic ability…”

Taki saw Golden Eagle and she greeted him. Golden Eagle just replied…

“Your world is odd and strangely chaotic. I am yet to understand its wonders…”
“You’re strange… Must I back out on you?” Taki raised an eyebrow.
“If it is possible, please. I am to resume research.”

At the Arena, It was Sara’s first time to fight and her first opponent was Joshua despite his high ranking. She was to try him and she took a sword of medium length. It was so light; it enabled her to move quickly.

“Hey, Sara is it?” Joshua called her.
“Yeah?”
“You might want to keep your guard up. I might not go easy on you. Just because you’re new, that doesn’t mean I’ll let you win.”
“I won’t… But try as you might, I might even defeat you.”

FIGHT!

Joshua circled Sara slowly and Sara went after him giving him a couple of slashes. The crowd complained about Joshua. Yoshimitsu even had to say something…

“I don’t know who the bigger clown is! YOU OR ME?!”
“You are, Yoshi…” Draco glared at him. “What the hell, Joshua! Have you already gone soft?!”
“C’mon! Attack her already!” Kilik shouted.

Instead, Joshua dropped his weapon and said…

“I forfeit…”

Sara won but when Joshua stepped down from the Arena, Draco approached him and punched him in the face..

“What’s wrong with you?! Wouldn’t you have at least fought her like she was any opponent you destroyed?”
“I’m just not ready to face her.”
“Then what are you? Chicken?”
“No. I’m just a lone wolf without a pack… embittered by the wilderness.” Joshua walked away.
“You know, Draco, I’m starting to think there’s something up with Joshua.” Tira told him.
“Seriously… He’s not his bad ass self. He’s probably gone too soft on people. Or maybe he’s sorry for what he’s done.”
“Maybe he likes Sara.” Mia shrugged.
“You aren’t serious, are you?” Draco and Tira asked Mia at the same time.
“I’m not.” Mia giggled. “But it could be possible. Notice how he tries to ignore her but can’t?”
“As long as he doesn’t lose his fighting spirit, I’ll believe that.” Draco said.

They all went home and awaited yet another day with new surprises and more information. Who knows? By the next day, they even might find out if their lone wolf has gone entirely soft.
